Product consisting of a clear, slightly foaming
liquid of yellow to amber colour. It has an
alcoholic strength of 5,9 % by volume. It is
obtained from the fermentation of a wort of 15,3
degrees Plato. The fermented solution is
submitted to clarification and filtration. To
that solution 3,34 % sugar syrup, 0,14 %
aromatic components (of which 75 % stem from
Tequila), 0,11 % citric acid and 0,002 %
ascorbic acid are added. The product has the
smell and taste of beer. The product is intended
for direct consumption. It is presented as beer
in bottles containing 330 ml/0,33 l, which are
labelled accordingly.
Proizvod koji se sastoji od bistre, blago penušave
tečnosti žuto do žućkasto smeđe boje. Ima
zapreminsku alkoholnu jačinu od 5,9 %. Dobija se
fermentacijom pivske sladovine od 15,3 Plato
stepeni. Fermentisani rastvor podvrgava se
izbistravanju i filtraciji. U taj rastvor dodaju se
3,34 % šećernog sirupa, 0,14 % aromatičnih
komponenti (od kojih 75 % potiču od tekile), 0,11 %
limunske kiseline i 0,002 % askorbinske kiseline.
Proizvod ima ukus i miris piva. Proizvod je
prdviđen da se neposredno pije. Isporučuje se kao
pivo u flašama zapremin 330 ml/0,33 l, koje su u
skladu sa navedenim i etiketirane.

Product consisting of a dark red, non-foaming
liquid, without sediment. It has an actual
alcoholic strength of approximately 16 % by
volume of which, according to laboratory
analysis, at least half does not derive from
grape. The product is obtained from grape must
to which beet sugar and ethyl alcohol, derived
from maize are added, during the fermentation.
Values of parameters: — total content of sugars:
169,7 g/l, — citric acid: 1,4 g/l, — tartaric
acid: 1,4 g/l, — malic acid: 0,2 g/, — acetic
acid: 0,3 g/l. The taste of the product is
sweet, slightly acerbic, tart, aromatic, and
slightly spicy. The product is intended for
direct consumption as a beverage. It is
presented in bottles containing 0,75 l.
Proizvod se sastoji od tamno crvene, nepenušave
tečnosti, bez taloga. Ima stvarnu zapreminsku
alkoholnu jačinu od 16 %, od koje, prema
laboratorijskim nalazima, najmanje polovina ne
potiče od grožđa. Proizvod je dobijen od šire od
grožđa u koju je dodat šećer iz šećerne repe i etil
alkohol dobijen iz kukuruza u postupku
fermentacije. Vrednosti parametara: ukupni sadržaj
šećera 169.7 g/l; limunska kiselina 1.4 g/l; vinska
kiselina 1.4 g/l; jabučna kiselina 0.2 g/l;
sirćetna kiselina 0.3 g/l. Proizvod je slatkog
ukusa, blago opor, kiseo, aromatičan i blago
začinjen. Proizvod je namenjen da se direktno
konzumira kao piće. Nalazi se u bocama zapremine
0,75 l.
