ACTIVITIES OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR 2010<br />
PAK Bord of Directors consists of eight Directors; five appointed by the Assembly of Republic of Kosovo and three<br />
international members appointed by the International Civilian Representative in conformity to the provision of the Law<br />
on PAK. Board meetings were also attended by the donor of the Agency as observers without voting rights. The Board<br />
enjoys all the competences of the Agency, which may delegate its authority to the management besides the competences<br />
reserved to the Board.<br />
PAK Board Directors during 2010 was in this composition:<br />

• Naser Osmani, Deputy – Chairman and Director<br />
• Andrea Capussela, Director<br />
• Bahri Shabani, Director<br />
• Haxhi Arifi, Director<br />
• Hubert Warsmann, Director<br />
• Mohammed Omran, Director<br />
• Slobodan Petrovic, Director<br />
• Freek Janmat, Observer<br />
During 2010 Board of Directors conducted its regular monthlty meetings in which they performed their duties impartially<br />
with a view to the purposes of the Agency and exercised their independent business judgment in carrying out functions<br />
and responsibilities as stipulated under the present law.
