For more information contact Sigal. Jewish Summer Camp Information: Are you shopping around for a superior Jewish camp experience for your kids? Have you considered Ramah? Did you know that our very own Aviva Millstone is the new Assistant Director? Did you know that scholarships to Camp Ramah are available for BT members? We are actively looking to put BT families on the Ramah roster for this summer. Dinner & Dilemmas: Saturday, January 19 th beginning with Havdalah at 6:30pm: Parenting Your Teen Behind the Screen: Parents, tweens & teens are invited to join us in a mediated discussion with Larry Borins, social worker and psychotherapist, and Rabbi Grover offering the Jewish perspective as we investigate issues including video games – how much is too much, cyber bullying, the role of the internet in today’s society, how has privacy changed and more. Enjoy a Chinese food feast for the entire family. Open to the Community. Concurrent movie program for younger children will be available upon request. Tikvah Tots Winter 2013: Now with two groups running simultaneously: one for the kids ages 1‐3 and another for kids ages 4‐6 and their parents/grandparents. Sing Hebrew songs with Tibi, big toys, crafts and more. 6 session series on Sunday morning January 6 th – February 10 th from 9:30am – 11:00am in the Gym, Assembly Hall and Youth Room. Play and crafts led by Karmela Klasner and Monica Nemani. Ages 4‐6 also enjoy sports and games with Tibi. A light brunch will be served at the conclusion of each session. BT Blazers/Halutzim (Grades 1‐4): Join us for Tu B’Shevat Crafts on Sunday January 13 th from 3‐5pm. Cost: members $5, non‐members $10. If you would like to be added to the Kadima database contact Sigal. Havdalah & Ice: Join us on Motzei Shabbat February 9 th at 7:30pm at Canlan Ice Sports: York University (989 Murray Ross Parkway). The evening begins with a special Havdalah service on the ice followed by 1 hour of private ice time, music, hockey, snacks and fun for the entire family. Free parking is available. Skate rental is not available. Helmets and hockey equipment are welcome. Cost: Members $7/person, Non‐Members $11/person. Contact Sigal by February 4 th to reserve.
