1. Look for the applied section in the column.<br />

2. For this purpose take the smallest pulley diameter in the<br />

drive system.<br />

3. You can read the corresponding static tension from the table.<br />

4. Check static tension with the tension gauge as described.<br />

Calculation Basis<br />

Wedge belts belt speed v = 5 bis 42 m/s<br />

Classical V-belts belt speed v = 5 bis 30 m/s<br />
