This Section contains information for the meeting <strong>of</strong> the Rules Review Commission on Thursday, November <strong>19</strong>, 2009 9:00<br />
a.m. at 1711 New Hope Church Road, RRC Commission Room, Raleigh, <strong>NC</strong>. Anyone wishing to submit written comment on<br />
any rule before the Commission should submit those comments to the RRC staff, the agency, and the individual<br />
Commissioners. Specific instructions and addresses may be obtained from the Rules Review Commission at 9<strong>19</strong>-431-3100.<br />
Anyone wishing to address the Commission should notify the RRC staff and the agency no later than 5:00 p.m. <strong>of</strong> the 2 nd<br />
business day before the meeting. Please refer to RRC rules codified in 26 <strong>NC</strong>AC 05.<br />
