<strong>TCF</strong> <strong>100</strong><br />

<strong>TCF</strong> <strong>100</strong> is an R/W head allowing to exchange data with tags TAF without contact,<br />

using a protocol compliant with the standards ISO 18000-3 mode 1 and ISO 15693.<br />

It has to be linked up to a <strong>Balogh</strong> interface, chosen among:<br />

• fieldbus interfaces BI ... FcFc (slave),<br />

• MELS 30 Fc (slave),<br />

• CEPR96 Fc (programmable) and CFER 24Fc,<br />

• MRER 21Fc# or #Fc (station of the Modul .R identification network).<br />

Assembly using two screws (length under head ≥ 35 mm, right-angled distances: 104 x 65 mm):<br />

Connection:<br />

The <strong>TCF</strong> <strong>100</strong> is fitted with a 5-pin M12 metallic male socket.<br />

Use a corresponding female cable connector (A-coded, ref. 202 274) and a shielded cable with the following characteristics:<br />

• max. length: 50 m,<br />

• overall max. capacity between conductors and shield: 10 nF.<br />

The shield must be in contact to the cable connector housing by a 360° round crimping.<br />

For various possible interfaces, <strong>Balogh</strong> proposes cables with straight connector(s):<br />

• PUR cordset 3+ de 5 m 2) (ref. 495XXB4512) for BI.. interfaces<br />

(refer to the Accessories corresponding data sheet),<br />

• PUR cable FFMD5/12 (length: 2, 10 or 15 m) for the other interfaces<br />

(refer to the table opposite for wire colours).<br />

The coding peg at 10:30 allows you to plug some right-angled<br />

cable connectors (check to make sure that yours are OK):<br />
