SUMMARY:<br />

The <strong>Swimming</strong> <strong>Pool</strong> appeared in good condition. Related Equipment was functioning properly. Areas of note are listed<br />

below in order of the inspection:<br />

1) Auto Cleaner: The Back-Up Valve for the unit was missing. Suggest replacing to keep the Cleaner from hanging up.<br />

Cost $60.<br />

2) <strong>Pool</strong> Light : The <strong>Pool</strong> Light worked, however the Light Canister is partially flooded. Suggest a Bulb & Gasket<br />

replacement before Light becomes compromised with corrosion.<br />

Cost $145.<br />

3) Heater: The Heater did not fire. The Pilot Assembly is likely obstructed.<br />

Cost to repair $95+ depending on findings.<br />

4) Misc: The Electrical Package for an abandoned Solar Control is still connected to the Pump Timer.<br />

Suggest removing for safety.<br />

Cost nominal.<br />

***Suggest checking with Current Owner regarding water loss. Evaporation rates of 1”-2” per week (Summer) are<br />

considered “normal”. Greater loss than this may indicate a more serious leak situation.<br />
