Multi-axis machining capabilities ensure that components can be made from billet or forgings, for greater strength and<br />

durability. Certified welding techniques can help to mitigate the costs of some components where appropriate. Let our<br />

CTI sprockets<br />

A critical component to the CTI unit is the sprocket. Single piece construction from billet or bar is our standard.<br />

High precision is maintained when machining both internal and external splines, bearing journals, sealing surfaces<br />

and any other feature that may be required. Higher precision tooth profiles ensure better chain engagement and torque<br />

transfer, reducing backlash torque loss from the drive unit to the chain. Wear indicators take the guesswork out of<br />

maintenance to ensure that proper engagement is maintained and the CTI is achieving maximum performance.<br />

Heat treatment methods are carefully selected and tightly controlled for CTI sprockets. As well, specialized coatings<br />

can help to mitigate the impact that the operating environment has on any exposed surfaces.<br />
