Storage of materials<br />
The area required for laydown of materials will be contained, either within the<br />
areas of installation of materials, or within a cordoned off area within the ground<br />
floor stores.<br />
Personal Protective Equipment<br />
It is acknowledged that it is mandatory for all installers to wear Safety Helmets,<br />
safety footwear (no rigger boots) and orange Hi Visibility vest.<br />
Additional Personal Protective Equipment, which may be required<br />
Riggers gloves.<br />
Safety goggles.<br />
Work wear.<br />

Movement of materials from Storage area to Installation area, by team plus<br />
supervisor<br />
Brief Emcor about the movement via stairs , restrict access and liaise where<br />
required.

<strong>INSTALLATION</strong> LOCKERS<br />

Single Lockers<br />
A) Remove packaging from lockers.<br />
B) Remove keys from base of lockers.<br />
C) Place locker in upright position in desired location.<br />
D) Place correct keys in door locks and check locks work correctly (all keys<br />
and locks are numbered accordingly).<br />
Nested Lockers<br />
E) Remove packaging from lockers.<br />
F) Remove keys from base of lockers.<br />
G) Place locker in upright position in desired location.<br />
H) Place correct keys in door locks and check locks work correctly (all keys<br />
and locks are numbered accordingly).
I) Place additional lockers side by side.<br />
J) Locate 4no 6mm x 12mm nuts and bolts into 4no locations within the<br />
locker side panels to enable the lockers to be bolted together to create a<br />
continuous run.<br />
K) Tighten the nuts with the correct size spanner where required.<br />
