ORDERED that Pla<strong>in</strong>tiffs <strong>Motion</strong> <strong>in</strong> Lim<strong>in</strong>e is GRANTED; and it is further<br />

ORDERED that the follow<strong>in</strong>g evidence is excluded from mention, or <strong>in</strong>troduction<br />

as evidence at trial:<br />

a) Any f<strong>in</strong>ancial disclosure forms filed by the Defendant; and,<br />

b) Any evidence <strong>of</strong> the Defendant's alleged failure <strong>to</strong> disclose gifts on such<br />
