Fa<strong>the</strong>r Who is in heaven, Who maketh His sun to tie upon<br />

<strong>the</strong> good and bad, and raineth upon <strong>the</strong> just and unjust<br />

(Matt. v. 44, 45).<br />

r YOU will forgive men <strong>the</strong>ir offenses, your heavenly<br />

X Fa<strong>the</strong>r will forgive you also your offenses. But if<br />

you will not forgive men, nei<strong>the</strong>r will your Fa<strong>the</strong>r forgive<br />

you your offenses (Mag. vi. 14, 15).<br />

If you love <strong>the</strong>m that love you, what reward shall you<br />

have? Do not even <strong>the</strong> publicans this? And if you<br />

salute your brethren only, what do you more? Do not<br />

also <strong>the</strong> hea<strong>the</strong>ns this? Be you, <strong>the</strong>refore, perfect, as also<br />

your heavenly Fa<strong>the</strong>r is perfect (Matt. v. 46-48).<br />
