The Sovereign Pontiff, Leo XII, by a decree of the Sacred
Congregation of Indulgences, Aug. 11, 1824, confirmed
forever an indvlgence of me hundred days, once a day, to
all those who, with at least contrite heart and devotion,
shall say these prayers.

The Sovereign Pontiff, Pius VII, b a rescript from the
Office of the Secretary of ~ernoriaL, March 21, 1815,
granted to all the faithful who, either in public or in rivate.
&aIl honor the Blessed Virgin with anle special Rorna%e
and devout prayers, or the practice of other mtuous acts,
an indulgence af three hundred days, every day; a plenary
indulgence, once in this month, or accmdin to the rule
already estabkished on one of the 6Rt eight !ay6 of June,
on the day when, being penitent, after confession and
communion, the shall pray ""( or the intention of His Holiness.
By a rescri t oP the Sacred Csngr ation of Indulgences,
June 18, rfzz, the same ~overei~nTontiff confirmed forever
these indulgences.

prayers in honor d the Blessed Virgin Mary contained in
this book.
