priest makes to Thee in our name is of infinite
value and in every way worthy of Thee. Blessed
be Thy holy name now and forever more.
Pray the angels and saints to join their thanksgiving to
yaurs.
OLY angels, who surround this altar, my
H faithful guardian, and all ye heavenly hosts, I
entreat you to bless God for the numberless blessings
I have received from Him. Offer Him the Holy
Mass, at which I am assisting, to acknowledge His
graces, and to obtain for me the gift of perseverance.

ECALL to mind all the sad and sorrowful scenes of
the Way of the Cross - all the sufferings of Our
Lord, from the crowning with thorns to the crucifixion;
then remember that the passion of Jesus Christ, our
Redeemer, is a revelation of the heinousness of sin and an
evidence of the priceless value of man's immortal soul.
Reflect upon the words: "What shall it profit a man, if
he gain the whole world, and suffer the loss of his soul?"
(Mark viii. 36).
