council.

Council of Deans 4 

This is a special recommendatory body 

formed by the Office of the VCAR (though 

not indicated in the Admin Manual of 

2008-2011). It is concerned with policies 

and guidelines related to academic 

linkages, student advising, equipment and 

supplies in relation to instruction, 

cleanliness and orderliness in relation to 

classroom and building management, 

guidelines in relation to college 

operations, student activities, and student 

files and records in coordination with the 

Office of the University Registrar.
