This is a special recommendatory body<br />

formed by <strong>the</strong> <strong>Office</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> VCAR (though<br />

not indicated in <strong>the</strong> Admin Manual <strong>of</strong><br />

2008-2011). It is concerned with policies<br />

and guidelines related to academic<br />

linkages, student advising, equipment and<br />

supplies in relation to instruction,<br />

cleanliness and orderliness in relation to<br />
