municipalities. The data was aggregated, analysed and presented <strong>in</strong> a local level data survey<br />

report.<br />

Step 5: Interviews with stakeholders<br />

After hav<strong>in</strong>g c<strong>on</strong>ducted the survey, the partners discussed the nati<strong>on</strong>al situati<strong>on</strong> of exist<strong>in</strong>g<br />

data of youth work with 5 to 10 nati<strong>on</strong>al experts. The <strong>in</strong>terviews were d<strong>on</strong>e by teleph<strong>on</strong>e.<br />

Possible comm<strong>on</strong> questi<strong>on</strong>s for the <strong>in</strong>terviews with stakeholders were<br />

Every partner could decide accord<strong>in</strong>g to the nati<strong>on</strong>al situati<strong>on</strong> which stakeholders had to be<br />

<strong>in</strong>terviewed i.e. youth workers, scientists, associati<strong>on</strong>s, budget and policy management<br />

agencies etc.<br />

Step 6: Sec<strong>on</strong>d partners’ meet<strong>in</strong>g<br />

The sec<strong>on</strong>d partners’ meet<strong>in</strong>g was held <strong>on</strong> 17 June <strong>in</strong> Strasbourg. The meet<strong>in</strong>g was used to<br />

report about the experiences made and to discuss the general f<strong>in</strong>d<strong>in</strong>gs of the project. The<br />

draft report was revised and further c<strong>on</strong>tributi<strong>on</strong>s fixed. The meet<strong>in</strong>g was also used to<br />

prepare the transfer workshop and to agree a comm<strong>on</strong> presentati<strong>on</strong>.<br />

Step 7: Transfer workshop<br />

The transfer workshop was scheduled to create a feedback round with experts from the<br />

European Commissi<strong>on</strong>, the Council of Europe, the Partnership Programme between the<br />

European Commissi<strong>on</strong> and the Council of Europe <strong>in</strong> the field of youth, with representatives<br />

from the European <strong>Youth</strong> Forum and researchers.<br />

The partners of the c<strong>on</strong>sortium presented their f<strong>in</strong>d<strong>in</strong>gs, which were then discussed,<br />

highlighted and completed with recommendati<strong>on</strong>s.
