Institute of Technology and Research, an affiliate of Stamford University in the USA (2001). He<br />

Abena <strong>Of</strong>fe is a socio-economic researcher and projects<br />

implementation practitioner. She holds a masters degree in<br />

Development Studies from the Institute of Social, Statistics and<br />

Economic Research (ISSER), University of <strong>Ghana</strong> and B.Sc (Land<br />

Economy) Honours degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University<br />

by ISSER to some districts and institutions. After her masters<br />

degree, she joined the Greenwich Library and Information<br />

Service, London as an Assistant Manager where she had<br />

She worked with The Institute of Economic Affairs (IEA), <strong>Ghana</strong>’s<br />

first independent policy think tank as the Programmes<br />
