Cancellation policy
Young Drivers Age: 21 to 24 Years Charge 18.5 CHF per Day (Excludes Tax)
Young drivers surcharge is not included in the rental price. It is paid in the local
currency at the rental desk.
Always ask for directions to the nearest petrol station to the rental drop off location.
Take time to familiarise yourself with the vehicle controls before leaving the car park.
Fully inspect the vehicle for signs of damage and report them to the rental desk before
leaving the car park.
Ask for a map at the car rental desk.
When visiting a location for the first time, always choose a safe parking spot like a
supervised car park.
If the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the car rental booking date and at least 48 hours before pick up time, all funds will be
reimbursed.If the booking is cancelled outside 7 days of the car rental booking date and at least 48 hours before the pick up time,
all funds except a cancellation fee of EUR 25.00 and the card processing fee (where applicable), will be reimbursed.If the booking
is cancelled less than 48 hours before the pick up time, we will retain 3 days rental and the card processing fee (where
applicable). No refunds will be given if you fail to collect the vehicle at your specified time or if you fail to meet the driving license,
passport, credit card or other documentation requirements outlined in this voucher. Neither do CarTrawler provide refunds for
vehicles returned early.
