How to send a message to the Buyer through GPS and copy the
members of your company which participate to the same RFx ?
Steps to Send message(s) using the messaging functionality in GPS:
1- Log in to the GPS
2- Click on the RFx you have invited to bid on.
3- Click on the RFx Messages() link
4- Once the dialog box appears, click the Sent Messages() tab.
5- Click on the Create button. The Create Message dialog box appears.
6- Enter or select information in the following fields:
• To – Name of the buyer and press on the Ctrl button then select the other
member(s) of your company to be copied
• Subject – A subject for the message.
• Message – The message text that you want to send.
6- Click the Send to send the message.
Your message will be sent to the Buyer and a copy to the selected member of your
company
