June 12: Sections of Joint Stipulation Combined and Filed With<br />

<strong>Court</strong><br />

June 15: Parties File Supplemental Memorandum Pursuant to<br />

Local Rule 37-2.3<br />

<strong>The</strong> <strong>Court</strong> rarely holds hearings on discovery disputes and will issue an Order as<br />

soon as possible after the supplemental memoranda are filed.<br />
