The Court has reviewed the parties’ alternate proposed schedules for resolving the
trade secret document discovery disputes. The Court adopts American Broadcasting
Companies, Inc. (“ABC”)’s proposed schedule as follows:
June 5: CBS Provides Section of Joint Stipulation and All
Supporting Documents to Defendants Pursuant to Local
Rule 37-2.2.
June 11: Defendants Provide Their Section of Joint Stipulation
and All Supporting Documents and Declarations to
Plaintiff
June 12: Sections of Joint Stipulation Combined and Filed With
Court
June 15: Parties File Supplemental Memorandum Pursuant to
Local Rule 37-2.3
The Court rarely holds hearings on discovery disputes and will issue an Order as
soon as possible after the supplemental memoranda are filed.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
