Sealed tender is hereby invited by <strong>the</strong> Executive Officer, Jhalda-II Panchayat Samity for <strong>the</strong> works as stated<br />

herein under categorically from <strong>the</strong> concerned enlisted contractor <strong>of</strong> this Panchayat Samity for participating in tender.<br />

The contractors will apply with PT/ST/VAT/IT clearance certificate as supporting documents mentioning <strong>the</strong> category he<br />

belongs to. Each tender paper must accompany @2% as earnest money <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> amount put to tender by bank draft in<br />

favour <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> undersigned. 8% security money will be deducted from each bill payable to <strong>the</strong> lowest agency in addition to<br />

deduction <strong>of</strong> ST/IT/VAT etc where necessary as per rule.<br />

Last Date <strong>of</strong> Application : 18/01/2012 up to 1:00 pm.<br />

Last Date <strong>of</strong> Purchasing Tender Paper : 20/01/2012 up to 2:00 pm.<br />

Last Date <strong>of</strong> Dropping Tender Paper : 24/01/2012 up to 1:00 pm.<br />

Date <strong>of</strong> Opening Tender Paper : 24/01/2012 at 2:00 pm.<br />

1) If <strong>the</strong> work is not completed within stipulated time a prayer for extension <strong>of</strong> time may be made with justifiable<br />

reason.<br />

2) Tender notice as well as lowest tender rate <strong>of</strong>fered by any agency does not mean any guarantee <strong>of</strong> issuing <strong>of</strong><br />

work order.<br />

3) Work order will be issued against <strong>the</strong> amount put to tender ei<strong>the</strong>r in part or whole amount, according to <strong>the</strong><br />

availability <strong>of</strong> total required fund <strong>of</strong> each work. This will specifically be mentioned in <strong>the</strong> work-order.<br />

4) The decision <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> tender committee is final in case <strong>of</strong> any dispute/discrepancy arise in any time during tender<br />

procedure.<br />

5) Quoting Sl. No. <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> work must be in <strong>the</strong> envelope.<br />

The undersigned reserves <strong>the</strong> right to accept or to reject any tender paper or all <strong>the</strong> tender papers without<br />

assigning any reason <strong>the</strong>re<strong>of</strong>.<br />
