are shown in the table.<br />

The value for b was <str<strong>on</strong>g>report</str<strong>on</strong>g>ed to be 35.7 MHz for LOS <strong>and</strong> 21.9 MHz for NLOS c<strong>on</strong>diti<strong>on</strong>s.<br />
