Prosecution This module facilitates the Investigating Officer (IO) to record the progress, taking place from time-to-time in the Case, during Prosecution i.e., from filing in the Court till it is disposed off by the Court. Prosecution of a Case is allowed only if the ‘Final Report filed in the Court’ event is recorded while Investigation and is freezed. The following are the events of the Prosecution : • Hearing of the Case held in the Court • Witness Statement in the Court • Summon / Warrant issued by the Court • Summon / Warrant executed • Accused declared Proclaimed Offender • Accused Property Attachment Order • Accused Property attached • Accused Reward declared • Court Disposal Form received • Convict’s Fingerprints sent to FPB / NCRB for record 5. Information This module facilitates in maintaining the Personal Record of the Criminals and updating it from time-to-time based on the information received from various sources. 6. Reports / Queries This module generates various outputs required at different levels. 7. State Specific Any additional Input and / or Output requirements developed by individual States are made available through this module. 8. System Administration This module facilitates Creation of New User, Updating User Details, Changing Password, System Backup etc. - 101 -
