The rate should be quoted both in figures as well as words. If the tendered amount is less than 15 % of
the estimated amount an itemwise analysis of rates will have to be submitted on demand.
Earnest Money will have to be deposited by all the intending tenderers in the form of Nationalized
Bank Draft drawn in favour of the undersigned. The Earnest Money will be converted into Security Deposit
after acceptance.
Tender Forms will be issued to successful applicants on 13.09.12 on payment of Rs.1500/= (One
thousand five hundred only) for Sl. No. 1 and Rs.700/= (Seven hundred only ) for Sl. No. 3 to 12 in lieu of
D.C.R.
The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any Tender Paper without assigning any reason
thereof.
Terms And Special Conditions
1. All materials will be used as per specification of the estimate.
2. Work Order will be issued after formal agreement.
3. Payment will be made after satisfactory work.
4. Income Tax , Sales Tax & 1% labour welfare cess will be deducted from the Bills as per Govt.
Rules.
5. Security money @ 10% will be deducted from the bill amount which will be refunded after a period
of six months for satisfactory works.
6. Works are to be completed within thirty days for Sl. No.1 & ninety days for Sl. No.2 to 10 from the
date of receipt of Work Order, failing which the earnest money deposited will be forfeited and a
fresh tender for that particular work may be invited without any intimation to the agency.
7. Incomplete tender will be rejected summarily. The successful tenderer will have to execute a formal
agreement on a non-judicial stamp papers worth Rs.10/= (Ten only ) within seven days from the date
of issue of Acceptance letter.
8. All rates shall be inclusive of all charges , roalty, cess, toll charge, carriage etc.
9. Only one tender form will be issued to a contractor for each particular work.
10. Any rate above schedule rate of work will not be ordinarily entertained.
11. If the last date of submission of Tender is declared as holiday the Tender will be received upto 2.00
p.m. on the next working day and will be opened immediately afterwards as usual.
12. The successful tenderer will have to start the work within seven days from the date of issue of Work
Order and will have to complete the work within the time allowed for completion.
13. Credential certificates should be of a particular same type of work tendered by a Govt. authority
consisting NIT No. with date and also amount & date of payment received after completion of
work (no part payment will be taken under consideration in this regard). It should be at least 60%
(sixty percent) of estimated amount as mentioned in this notice and executed on or after 1 st April,
2009.Having ownership of machineries such as Mechanical Excavator, Tar boiler, Spot hot mixer
etc. may get preference for Road Works (Sl. No.1). Tenderers should be careful about not
submitting of worthless and unwanted documents.
14. In case of quoting lowest rate by more than one Tenderer, the Tenderer who have higher credential
may get preference.
15. Intending tenderers will have to quote their rate as a whole (i.e., for all items in together and
not for individually) in percentage basis only in the specified space of the Tender Form.
Rate mentioned otherwise would be liable for cancellation of tender.
