The rate should be quoted both in figures as well as words. If the tendered amount is less than 15 % of<br />

the estimated amount an itemwise analysis of rates will have to be submitted on demand.<br />

Earnest Money will have to be deposited by all the intending tenderers in the form of Nationalized<br />

Bank Draft drawn in favour of the undersigned. The Earnest Money will be converted into Security Deposit<br />

after acceptance.<br />

Tender Forms will be issued to successful applicants on 13.09.12 on payment of Rs.1500/= (One<br />

thousand five hundred only) for Sl. No. 1 and Rs.700/= (Seven hundred only ) for Sl. No. 3 to 12 in lieu of<br />

D.C.R.<br />

The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any Tender Paper without assigning any reason<br />

thereof.<br />

Terms And Special Conditions<br />

1. All materials will be used as per specification of the estimate.<br />

2. Work Order will be issued after formal agreement.<br />

3. Payment will be made after satisfactory work.<br />

4. Income Tax , Sales Tax & 1% labour welfare cess will be deducted from the Bills as per Govt.<br />

Rules.<br />

5. Security money @ 10% will be deducted from the bill amount which will be refunded after a period<br />

of six months for satisfactory works.<br />

6. Works are to be completed within thirty days for Sl. No.1 & ninety days for Sl. No.2 to 10 from the<br />

date of receipt of Work Order, failing which the earnest money deposited will be forfeited and a<br />

fresh tender for that particular work may be invited without any intimation to the agency.<br />

7. Incomplete tender will be rejected summarily. The successful tenderer will have to execute a formal<br />

agreement on a non-judicial stamp papers worth Rs.10/= (Ten only ) within seven days from the date<br />

of issue of Acceptance letter.<br />

8. All rates shall be inclusive of all charges , roalty, cess, toll charge, carriage etc.<br />

9. Only one tender form will be issued to a contractor for each particular work.<br />

10. Any rate above schedule rate of work will not be ordinarily entertained.<br />

11. If the last date of submission of Tender is declared as holiday the Tender will be received upto 2.00<br />

p.m. on the next working day and will be opened immediately afterwards as usual.<br />

12. The successful tenderer will have to start the work within seven days from the date of issue of Work<br />

Order and will have to complete the work within the time allowed for completion.<br />

13. Credential certificates should be of a particular same type of work tendered by a Govt. authority<br />

consisting NIT No. with date and also amount & date of payment received after completion of<br />

work (no part payment will be taken under consideration in this regard). It should be at least 60%<br />

(sixty percent) of estimated amount as mentioned in this notice and executed on or after 1 st April,<br />

2009.Having ownership of machineries such as Mechanical Excavator, Tar boiler, Spot hot mixer<br />

etc. may get preference for Road Works (Sl. No.1). Tenderers should be careful about not<br />

submitting of worthless and unwanted documents.<br />

14. In case of quoting lowest rate by more than one Tenderer, the Tenderer who have higher credential<br />

may get preference.<br />

15. Intending tenderers will have to quote their rate as a whole (i.e., for all items in together and<br />

not for individually) in percentage basis only in the specified space of the Tender Form.<br />

Rate mentioned otherwise would be liable for cancellation of tender.<br />
