An FM provider that understood the complications of providing services in a busy hospital environment, with a reputable track record. How did we help? With customer care in mind, we tasked our highly-trained portering team with a range of duties to ensure the hospital ran smoothly, creating more time for staff to concentrate on the well-being of their patients. We also developed a challenging work programme using the high quality and innovative Vermop Microfiber system to deep clean the Trust with minimal disruption to staff, patients and relatives. Through good communication and teamwork, the Trust’s managers and infection control teams were able to adapt the programme based on patients’ needs while maintaining the same degree of efficiency.
