We provide patient meals in a variety of service systems,
from cook freeze and cook chill to steam, and create
efficiencies through our electronic patient meal ordering
system. This innovative approach allows us to capture
accurate information for meal ordering and production
schedules. As a result, we minimise your food waste and
maximise your cost savings.
We also conduct comprehensive training programmes for
our people involved in the service of food at ward level.
In retail catering, our experience ranges from vending
machines or coffee carts within an outpatients
department, to full staff and visitor restaurant facilities
with a wide-range of meals, snacks and beverages. Our
retail offering is supported with active marketing plans
including seasonal dish ideas, loyalty cards for Trust staff,
special offers, customer workshops, theme days and
satisfaction surveys.
