In particular, MiWorld, our web-based management
information platform, gives clients ‘live’ visibility over
exactly what we’re doing, when and how well. MiWorld
presents a single overview of your portfolio, and helps to
identify asset and facility issues which can be addressed
to improve efficiencies and reduce costs. MiWorld is also
a strategic tool which combines facilities services costs
with property related expenditure such as utility and
leases, to uncover the total costs of occupancy, which
can be used to benchmark performance.
Our use of mobile technology with our mobile workforce
has helped to accelerate improvements in service,
process and scheduling – and is fundamental to our
MobileTech engineering services.
Delivering an efficient and cost effective operation to our
clients is a top priority. Using the benefits of technology,
we want to make all of our processes simpler and more
efficient for our people, our customers and our supply
chain. Our suppliers are also using us to test new and
pioneering products that they are bringing to the market,
for example through our supplier innovation days.
