We offer the following regular courses to
(mainly) OPCO employees:
a. A 4-week ON-BOARDING course for
OPCO technical personnel
This course is offered at the PI approximately
five times a year to engineers working
for up-stream OPCOs. The number of
participants is limited to 24.
b. A 2-week ON-BOARDING course (OBC)
for OPCO-employed non-technical
personnel
This course is offered at the PI approximately
four times a year to non-engineers such as
HR, Finance and IT personnel employed
by up-stream OPCOs. The number of
participants is limited to 24.

employees:

Lubricants & Mechanical Seals
• Integrated Formation, Evaluation and
Reservoir Characterization

*CAMS: Competency Assurance Management
System: a competency based development
program designed for fresh graduates on
grade 10 or above to develop a competence
(technical or behavioural) for ADNOC’s
Exploration & Production group.
NON CAMS: courses in which the employee
is required to follow and accomplish a set
of activities in accordance with his/her job
description and the perceived gaps in his/her
skills range.

During these ON-BOARDING courses,
participants visit regional training centers such
as Schlumberger and Baker Hughes to examine
the equipment used in oil production and to
hear lectures on drilling and oil production.
