The American Commission to Negotiate Peace

from Germany), L.L. Strauss, Thomas W. Lamont, as
well as Col. House, Wilson and Wilson's Secretary of
State, Robert Lansing, the Dulles' uncle.

appreciative Europeans as a reward for his promise to
