<strong>the</strong> 25th floor <strong>of</strong> 30 Rockefeller Plaza, which was <strong>the</strong><br />

floor above <strong>the</strong> UK Commercial Corporation, whose<br />

president was William Stephenson. This agency was set<br />

up after Stephenson <strong>com</strong>plained on April 14, 1941 that<br />

Standard Oil was supplying <strong>the</strong> Germans through Spain,<br />

and that it was acting as a hostile and dangerous agency<br />

<strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> enemy. A 400 page report by Stephenson listing<br />

Standard Oil and o<strong>the</strong>r American corporations dealings<br />

with <strong>the</strong> Germans was turned over to <strong>the</strong> FBI in 1941. J.<br />

Edgar Hoover prudently buried it.<br />

Nelson Rockefeller, as Coordinator <strong>of</strong> Inter American<br />

Affairs, covered up <strong>the</strong> supplying <strong>of</strong> German military<br />

forces from his South American subsidiaries. Listed in<br />

<strong>the</strong> Stephenson Report were Standard Oil, I.G. Farben, a<br />

subsidiary <strong>of</strong> Standard Oil; Ford Motor Co.; Bayer Aspirin<br />

(Sterling Drug); General Aniline and Film; Ansco; and<br />

International Telephone and Telegraph. Co. Sos<strong>the</strong>nes<br />

Behn, head <strong>of</strong> ITT, had hosted a lavish conference <strong>of</strong><br />

German intelligence operatives at <strong>the</strong> Waldorf Astoria in<br />

1940. The German director <strong>of</strong> ITT was Baron Kurt von<br />

Schroder, <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Schroder banking family <strong>of</strong> Cologne,<br />

London and New York, who was Hitler's personal<br />

banker.<br />

The OSS was actually set up by four members <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />

British Chief <strong>of</strong> Staff:<br />
