CASAR Powerplast

Konstruktion: CASAR special, krydsslået.
Anvendelse: Skibs- og offshorekraner og andre
maritime anvendelsesområder, hvor rotationsfrie wirer
er påkrævet.
CASAR Powerplast er en rotationsfri hejsewire med
valsede kordeler. CASAR Powerplast er grundigt
indfedtet med kold- elastisk specialsmøremiddel til lave
temperaturer.
CASAR Powerplast har et kunststoflag mellem
indvendige og ydre kordeler. Herved opnås der en
høj strukturstabilitet. Ødelæggelser i wirens indre
undgås, og de indvendige kordeler bliver beskyttet mod
korrosion. CASAR Powerplast har en høj brudstyrke og
kan tåle stort pres på tromlen.

Construction: CASAR special, regular lay.
Application: Deck and offshore cranes and other
marine applications where rotation resistant ropes are
required.
CASAR Powerplast is a non-rotating hoist rope with
compacted strands. CASAR Powerplast is thoroughly
lubricated with cold-elastic special lubricant for low
temperatures. CASAR Powerplast has a layer of
synthetic material between inner and outer strands.
This gives high structural stability, internal rope
damage is avoided, and inner strands are protected
against corrosion. CASAR Powerplast has a high
breaking strength and withstands high drum winding
pressure.
