Personalizing your phone<br />
Setting the ringing properties<br />
You want to change the way in which your phone rings.<br />
You can adjust the Ringing volume, the Internal melody, the External melody and the<br />
Speed.<br />
If you do <strong>no</strong>t want to be d<strong>is</strong>turbed during a certain time, you can set your phone <strong>no</strong>t<br />
to ring with Suppress ring tone. Deactivated ringing <strong>is</strong> d<strong>is</strong>played with .<br />
Note:<br />
Please <strong>no</strong>te that the ringing volume may be reduced if <strong>Aastra</strong> <strong>5370</strong> <strong>is</strong> <strong>no</strong>t connected<br />
to the power supply.<br />
Menu<br />
Settings<br />
Press the Menu Foxkey.<br />
Scroll to Settings and press the Select Foxkey.<br />
Audio<br />
Scroll to Audio and press the Select Foxkey.<br />

Scroll to the required audio settings and press the Modify Foxkey.<br />
<br />
Select the required setting and confirm with the Ok Foxkey.<br />
➔The setting <strong>is</strong> stored.<br />
Note:<br />

Play alarm melodies<br />
A l<strong>is</strong>t of the Alarm melodies <strong>is</strong> for l<strong>is</strong>tening under Menu > Settings > General > Alarm<br />
melodies available.<br />
