Press the Menu Foxkey.<br />
Scroll to Voice Mail and press the Select Foxkey.<br />
Inbox<br />
Scroll to Inbox and press the Select Foxkey.<br />
Deflect<br />
Select the voice message you want and press Deflect.<br />

Send text messages<br />
You want to send a written message to an internal user.<br />
You can send a text message to an internal user. The text message will appear on the<br />

Requirement: The internal user must have a phone capable of receiving text messages.<br />
You can use one of the text messages stored in the system directly, modify it or create<br />
a new text message.<br />
