• Recording calls may infringe on your national data protection prov<strong>is</strong>ions or be<br />
permitted only under certain circumstances. If you intend to use th<strong>is</strong> function<br />
<strong>no</strong>tify your call party in advance.<br />
• You can<strong>no</strong>t record a conversation involving more than two call parties (enquiry<br />
call, conference). The recording <strong>is</strong> automatically stopped if you park your call<br />
party or put him on hold.<br />
You can start or end call recording with the Foxkey or with a configurable key.<br />
Record/Stop<br />
Recording a call:<br />
Record Foxkey or function key for Call recording, as soon as you have an incoming/outgoing<br />
call or an active call.<br />
➔Call <strong>is</strong> recorded <strong>is</strong> d<strong>is</strong>played on screen.<br />
End the recording with the Stop Foxkey.<br />
➔The recording <strong>is</strong> sent to your e-mail address.<br />
Note:<br />
The LED on the function key remains lit while the recording <strong>is</strong> in progress. The<br />
LED starts to flash before the recording reaches its maximum preset duration.<br />
Once the maximum duration <strong>is</strong> reached (or the memory <strong>is</strong> full), the recording <strong>is</strong><br />
stopped and the LED goes off.<br />
