FLEXIBLE & COMPLETE
The LF33S, 33, 34 and 35 are wire
feeders designed to withstand the extreme
environmental conditions. With these
feeders we focussed on ruggedness,
dimensions and ease of use. The result is
an incredibly rugged, protective casing as
standard completed with an undercarriage,
for use under tough industrial conditions.
The feeders are able to accept D300
(15KG) but also small D200 (5KG) wire
spools, using solid or cored wire including
Innershield (5kg spools for LF33S).
All the LF feeders are equipped with a
rugged four-roll drive system. The wire
guidance from the coil to gun tip is smooth
and avoids any tangles, guaranteeing you
trouble free feeding.
The LF33S, 33, 34 and 35 are designed
following the good, better, best concept
with a differenciation in features. The
most simple ones are the LF33S and
LF33. They are equipped with 2/4-step,
run-in, wire inch and gas purge. Two clear
digital meters display the welding Voltage
and Amperage.
The LF34 & LF35 are the more advanced
models. Both feeders have the unique
digital displays showing the pre-settable
and actual welding parameters.
The LF34 has the ultimate user-friendly
controls. All machine settings like 2/4
Stroke, Burnback, Hot / Soft Start and
Crater Fill can be viewed by using one
single Select push button. The display will
show the function and setting in the
language of your choice.
The LF35 has all the above features but
with the addition of a set of Synergic
programmes and memory. The Memory
will store up to 10 pre-set procedures.
These programmes can be locked and
easily recalled from the feeder or remote
control.
Switching from one program to another is
possible even with the remote control.
All of them are designed to work with
Lincoln analogue power sources such as
CV420, CV505, V350PRO and others
