TIME OF COMPLETION
A. If awarded the Contract, the undersigned will complete the shell and interior work as bid within 240
calendar days from notice to proceed.
B. Cinemark USA will jointly occupy the building for equipping beginning 60 days prior to scheduled
completion date. The following schedule lists the key milestone dates that must occur in order for the
Contractor to have the building ready for Cinemark USA to begin work
