B. Manufacturer's name, brand name, size, thickness, and identifying symbols shall be clearly indicated on each
door or wrapper.
C. Deliver doors to building site after partitions and concrete are dry.
D. Handle with clean gloves and do not drag doors across one another or across other surfaces.
E. Store flat on level surface in clean, dry, well ventilated structure and cover to keep clean, but allow air
circulation.
F. Seal top and bottom edges of doors to be stored at site more than 7 days.
1.06 ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
A. Do not subject doors to abnormal heat, dryness or humidity, or extreme changes therein.
1.07 GUARANTEE
A. Provide written guarantee in accordance with Section 01740.
B. Doors shall be guaranteed to provide satisfactory performance for a period of five years from the date of
acceptance against defective workmanship and/or materials. Doors that fails to perform in accordance with the
guarantee will be repaired or replaced, installed, at the Contractor's expense.

2.02 MATERIALS
A. Flush Doors:
1. Quality Grade: Interior doors shall be premium grade solid core, Type PC HPDL-5 with 1/10" hardboard
crossbanding as defined in the AWI Quality Standards, Section 1300.
2. XD Auditorium plastic laminate doors, hinges, kickplates, and pull is provided by Cinemark and installed
by GC. GC is responsible for all other door hardware.
3. Provide Forest Stewardship Council certified product.
4. Provide material with maximum amount of recycled content available to meet performance requirements
of this Section.
5. Engineered Wood Products: Provide products with no added urea formaldehyde.
6. Faces and Finishes:
a. High pressure laminate on faces and edges. Apply edges prior to face application.
b. Laminate: high pressure with min. 1/20"(.050”) thickness; factory machine and finish edges.
Laminate color and manufacturer shall be as shown on the drawings; NO SUBSTITUTIONS.

B. Factory Clad Doors:
1. Traffic/impact door as manufactured by the Eliason Corporation; NO SUBSTITUTIONS. Door shall
be Model SCP-8, 3'-0" x 7'-0" with 3/4" exterior grade solid wood core.
a. Stainless steel kick and edge trim.
b. 9" x 14" clear acrylic window with black rubber molding
c. Finish shall be as scheduled on drawings. Hold bottom of door & frame 1" above finished floor.
