2. The Details of the Private Clinic in Relation
to the Five-Year Plan
In Table 1, I present the composition of the personnel, and their salary
at the base year (t 0 ). Note that the 5-year planning horizon, refers to the
time-periods (years) t 1 , t 2 , t 3 , t 4 , and t 5 .
In columns 4 and 5 of Table 1, the total amount of the wages for all
employees of the same group, for the initial and final year is stated. Note
that the wages are an average of the salaries earned by each person in
the individual group. For each group, an average percent of annual salary
