d. Need revival in an area where the enemy has once had, light
of truth to replace darkness, rivers to make dry land wet, and
pure living.
e. There will need to be discipleship and follow­up with individuals.
6. Stand in faith it is done:
a. When the legal ground is removed, works destroyed, and demons
commanded to leave, it is done.
b. When there has been vicarious repentance in an area, by the
leading of the Spirit strongholds discerned and taken authority
to be broken, and by the leading of the Spirit satanic angels
cast down, it is done.
