Politics get in
I am neither Republican nor Democrat. I am simply informing Christians
on the politics of our nation. I believe when someone votes in
ungodly leadership, they will answer for it in many ways. They will answer
for it certainly on judgment day, for there will be retribution, but
even in this life they will answer for it as well. There is a powerful curse
that comes on a land that sheds innocent blood, has homosexual activity,
or has occult practices that are supported by government and laws
of the land. When someone puts their name on a ballot to vote in leadership
that will help promote these antichrist—anti­Bible agendas, the
curse that comes on the land rests on them as well. You better make
sure you know who you are supporting and what they believe. Do not
let that keep you from voting! You have an obligation to this nation to
vote in godly leadership, and you will answer to God if you are passive
about it and allow ungodly leadership in by your not voting.
The Democratic Party has done a good job of making the minorities
believe they are their friend. Thus even Christians among these minorities
vote liberals into office! The Democratic Party desires “Big Government”
that controls our lives. This is where much of the welfare
comes in. Which is better? If I offer you welfare, then the economy
crashes and you have nothing, or offer you a job that will sustain you?
The Democrats offer welfare while the Republicans are pushing higher
expectations in education and people earning a living. The Bible says
in 2 Thessalonians 3:10 “If a man will not work, he shall not eat.” Does
that sound like welfare to you? There are some that sincerely need
welfare for a time, but most people are abusing it and know it. I know
of a Gideon that went with a group to help three ladies because their
roof caved in. The group arrived at the house to speak with the ladies.
The ladies are dressed nice, attractive, and had nice things (example—
big screen television and satellite dish). They also had several kids.
The men asked them where they worked and they laughed. They explained
to the men how much more they make sitting around watching
television, living on welfare, rather than working! This is true and many
that are lazy hate work, and therefore hate those that are trying to
make them work. They want a hand out. But here again we see the
love of money. Many will be willing to sell out Jesus by putting someone
into office that is morally corrupt, if they will offer them free money.
This is where many Christians are right now. They are deceived and
are voting ungodly leadership into this nation. Many of these are doing
it because they want more money. That is all they care about. This is
not a political or racial issue, it is a spiritual issue!
