through these stigmatas are the works of demons. If you notice the
people are who want healing are pursuing the healing from the
man with the stigmatas, praying to the man with the stigmata,
and all the glory seems to go to the man, not to Jesus. That
should be a red flag by itself.
• Crying, bleeding, or talking statues: is nothing more than the
work of demons to get people to worship graven images! It is interesting
that in the book of revelation there seems to be an image
of the antichrist (image of the beast) that can speak. It demands
worship.
• Worshipping communion itself: I love taking the Lord’s Supper
and consider it to be a very powerful thing, but I do not under any
circumstance worship the wafer or juice. All worship belongs to
God alone. This bread and fruit of the vine are only symbols that
remind us of the price Jesus paid for us. Worshipping the wafer
(Eucharist, or host) is idolatry. All worship must go to God directly.
• Praying to the dead: This is called necromancy in the Bible. This
is very similar to séances. The Bible strictly forbids talking to the
dead. Deuteronomy 18:11­12 makes this clear. When a person
dies they either go to heaven or hell. There is no need to ever pray
to them, angels, or idols. These prayers are worthless and go directly
to demons. With this disobedience to the Bible comes
curses and demons into someone’s life. If we are born again, we
are children of God and are able to pray to God through Jesus for
ourselves. You do not have to go to a confessional. Jesus hears
you confess your sins without a priest. You do not find any special
favor with God by gaining favor with a dead saint or angel. Actually
the opposite is true. The truth is you displease the Lord by
disobeying his word. While I am on it, you are wasting your time
praying someone out of Purgatory. There is no such place. Either
they are in Heaven or Hell. Pray for the loved ones that are not
dead yet, they still have the opportunity to get right with God.
• Going to where there have been apparitions of Mary: This is
very foolish. Any apparitions of a dead person are demons impersonating
that person. This is true with any séance and true in
these cases as well.
• Using a rosary and chanting prayers: This is almost identical to
the practice of using the Mala and Mantras of eastern Hinduism.
The Mala is a string of beads almost exactly like a rosary and a
Mantra is a series of words chanted over and over to summon
