Chapter Six
Warfare and Deliverance
New Insight
Many people have gates of hell from past sins or generational sins that
have never been closed. These gateways allow satanic bondage to be
established and demons to enter ones life and remain until they are
removed. We all know that Jesus came to save the world, but we still
have to claim him as our savior to experience that salvation. We know
Jesus paid for healing at the cross, but we still have to lay claim to that
promise to receive it. Jesus also paid for deliverance at the cross, but
we must enforce the victory of the cross to benefit from that promise.
So in other words, we must forcefully drive out the enemy from our
lives once we get saved. The basic steps to deliverance are these.
1. Close the “gates of hell” or “cancel the legal ground” as some
call it, through confession of sin, renouncing our ties to that sin,
and repentance (turning away from the sin).
2. Take authority that the works of satan (bondages, addictions,
curses, etc...) are destroyed.
3. Expel the demons by taking authority in Jesus’ name and commanding
the demons to leave.
I deal in great depth on these in my other two books, and I will not go
into the same material too much that I have already covered in the
other books, but I will deal with them some here in case you do not
have the other books. I will also discuss some things I have learned
since writing my other books. So in the next couple of chapters I will
discuss new insight God has given me into deliverance and spiritual
warfare. I believe the Moses generation of Pentecost has blazed a
mighty trail. We have seen it established and the flame fanned over the
last 120 years. There is a generation arising that will take the promise
land. This generation will be a generation of worshipping warriors that
live in revival. They will drive out demons, take land from satan, and
take this world for Christ. This is the day we are rapidly moving into. I
believe in this Joshua generation, there will be not only a torch of revival
passed to them from their fathers, but a sword from the Lord to
declare war on the enemy and win.
