331 effected a changing <strong>of</strong> the guard at its<br />
April meeting. Brother John McWilliam<br />
(pictured right) assumes the Presidency while<br />
Brother Tom Davies (on the left) became Vice<br />
President. Congratulations from the Circle.<br />
Brothers look forward to an exciting year. The<br />
development <strong>of</strong> our membership enhancement<br />
strategy took another step forward with a good<br />
discussion <strong>of</strong> the draft at the April meeting<br />
