CONGRATULATIONS BROTHER PHIL…<br />
Brother Phil, wife Margaret their son & daughter<br />
Brother Phil Russo, a Foundation<br />
Brother <strong>of</strong> the City <strong>of</strong> Parramatta<br />
Circle, and Past-Circle President, was<br />
recently presented with the Order <strong>of</strong><br />
<strong>Australia</strong> by the Governor-General <strong>of</strong><br />
New South Wales, Marie Bashir, for<br />
services to the local community <strong>of</strong><br />
Parramatta. In particular, Brother Phil<br />
has worked tirelessly to promote<br />
reconciliation between the indigenous<br />
communities <strong>of</strong> Parramatta, and the<br />
rest <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Australia</strong>n community. We<br />
congratulate Brother Phil on his<br />
award, and wish him and his wife,<br />
Margaret all the best on this joyous<br />
occasion.<br />
