PROVINCIAL COUNCIL REPORT CONT.
Province 21 Corporate Governance: Committee Structure 2013
All committees are advisory and do not detract in any way from the responsibilities of Council office bearers.
Executive Committee (i) To oversight the activities of the
Association in Province 21 and to manage the
affairs of Provincial Council between its meetings;
(ii) To assist Provincial Council with the
development and implementation of strategies for
the good of the Association;

(i) To develop strategies for the growth and
development of the Association in Province 21;
(ii) To develop and maintain such information
systems as may be appropriate for the efficient and
effective management of membership records in
the Province;
(iii) To oversight and provide guidance on
Circle procedure and strategies to enhance the
membership experience;
(i) To develop and oversight Church liaison
and social events within the Province 1 ;
(ii) To maintain established relationships and
to identify potential new relationships with Church
Ministries which Province Council may consider
pursuing.
(i) To develop and oversight suitable
communications arrangements, including through
the internet and Council web sites, which promote
best practice in the Province and facilitate good
communications among Circles;
(ii) To develop and maintain the Council web
site;
(iii) To develop suitable strategies for
enhancing the profile of the Association in the
broader social and Church community.
(i) To assist Council with the development
and oversight of its finances and budgets;

1 the role of the Committee in relation to current Province social events be as follows:
• Province Mass – provide advice and practical assistance to the organising Circle, attend to matters of protocol; eg. Promotion,
Mass Booklet, Vestments, Ciborium, Entrance Procession, Readers, Stipend etc.;
• Province Contests and Golf Day – provide any practical assistance requested by organising Circle; Rules for Contest; arrange
adjudicators for a contest;
• Grand Presidential Tours –organise tour programme, accommodation, informal entertainment and Provincial events;
• Australian Conference - provide supplementary resources to AUSCOM when Conference venue is within Province 21,
particularly in relation to associated social functions;
