<strong>Province</strong> 21 Corporate Governance: Committee Structure <strong>20</strong>13<br />
All committees are advisory and do not detract in any way from the responsibilities <strong>of</strong> Council <strong>of</strong>fice bearers.<br />
Executive Committee (i) To oversight the activities <strong>of</strong> the<br />
Association in <strong>Province</strong> 21 and to manage the<br />
affairs <strong>of</strong> Provincial Council between its meetings;<br />
(ii) To assist Provincial Council with the<br />
development and implementation <strong>of</strong> strategies for<br />
the good <strong>of</strong> the Association;<br />

(i) To develop strategies for the growth and<br />
development <strong>of</strong> the Association in <strong>Province</strong> 21;<br />
(ii) To develop and maintain such information<br />
systems as may be appropriate for the efficient and<br />
effective management <strong>of</strong> membership records in<br />
the <strong>Province</strong>;<br />
(iii) To oversight and provide guidance on<br />
Circle procedure and strategies to enhance the<br />
membership experience;<br />
(i) To develop and oversight Church liaison<br />
and social events within the <strong>Province</strong> 1 ;<br />
(ii) To maintain established relationships and<br />
to identify potential new relationships with Church<br />
Ministries which <strong>Province</strong> Council may consider<br />
pursuing.<br />
(i) To develop and oversight suitable<br />
communications arrangements, including through<br />
the internet and Council web sites, which promote<br />
best practice in the <strong>Province</strong> and facilitate good<br />
communications among Circles;<br />
(ii) To develop and maintain the Council web<br />
site;<br />
(iii) To develop suitable strategies for<br />
enhancing the pr<strong>of</strong>ile <strong>of</strong> the Association in the<br />
broader social and Church community.<br />
(i) To assist Council with the development<br />
and oversight <strong>of</strong> its finances and budgets;<br />

1 the role <strong>of</strong> the Committee in relation to current <strong>Province</strong> social events be as follows:<br />
• <strong>Province</strong> Mass – provide advice and practical assistance to the organising Circle, attend to matters <strong>of</strong> protocol; eg. Promotion,<br />
Mass Booklet, Vestments, Ciborium, Entrance Procession, Readers, Stipend etc.;<br />
• <strong>Province</strong> Contests and Golf Day – provide any practical assistance requested by organising Circle; Rules for Contest; arrange<br />
adjudicators for a contest;<br />
• Grand Presidential Tours –organise tour programme, accommodation, informal entertainment and Provincial events;<br />
• <strong>Australia</strong>n Conference - provide supplementary resources to AUSCOM when Conference venue is within <strong>Province</strong> 21,<br />
particularly in relation to associated social functions;<br />
