Reports: Secretary<br />

Council noted the Secretary’s correspondence report.<br />

Reports: Treasurer<br />

Council resolved to accept the Treasurer’s financial report as tabled at the recent AGM.<br />

handover arrangements should be completed by 11 May <strong>20</strong>13.<br />

Reports: Public Relations Officer<br />

Council resolved to accept the report as circulated. Council also noted it was intended to publish a special<br />

report <strong>of</strong> <strong>Eastern</strong> <strong>Link</strong> integrating this meeting’s outcomes on the strategic plan with the outcomes <strong>of</strong> the<br />

recent provincial workshop. Council also noted that the Communications and Publicity Committee would<br />

review arrangements for disseminating <strong>Eastern</strong> <strong>Link</strong> and possibly incorporating it on a separate page on the<br />

website and publicising it accordingly. Council further noted that Bro Chris Pitts had advised that all Circle<br />

data on the website was now complete (except for some data for Parramatta and Canberra Molonglo) and<br />

that the new email arrangements for Carlingford and Ku Ring Gai were operating satisfactorily.<br />

Position not filled. No report received.<br />

Reports: Supply Officer<br />

Council noted that Bro Phil Davies would liaise with relevant Circles concerning their requirements for<br />

miniatures.<br />

Reports: Provincial Councillors<br />

Council noted the report as circulated.<br />

Other Business<br />

Council noted that Bro Michael Tan would liaise with Bro John Tweedie concerning the development <strong>of</strong> a<br />

visiting schedule for Circles to avoid duplication and overlap.<br />

Next Meeting: the next scheduled meetings for the year were agreed as follows<br />
