Introduction:
PU education is very critical and important towards choosing various
streams in general and professional courses. Today there is a great
demand for quality and intensive PU education so that a large
section of students can reach higher education in India and abroad
with good results.
A revolutionary approach in PUC and CET preparation is being
introduced by Surana Ind. PU College with top experienced faculty
backed up a think tank. It is a very unique programme that the
Management and teaching faculty have envisaged in the interest of
the students, so as to make them crack the competitive
examinations after PUC successfully.

Methodology:
01. PU syllabus and CET syllabus are simultaneously
completed in an integrated manner.
02. The concept is first explained in class using appropriate
examples and numerical.
03. Theoretical and conceptual ideas are covered first and
followed by numerical problems. Students refer to the
study material at this stage.
04. Each lecture is followed by homework. Brief hints are
provided for the homework.
05. Doubts in the homework are covered in the next class.
06. The homework is then submitted and verified.
07. On completion of a chapter, test is scheduled.
08. Students write both descriptive and objective (CET) test
on every Monday on the same chapter.
09. The solution is provided after the test.

10. The papers are graded and returned within five working
days.
11. A rank list is announced and the marks
obtained are conveyed to parents.
12. Students are counselled periodically based on their
performance.
13. The syllabus is completed by end of October.
14. Coverage of the syllabus according to meticulously
planned micro test and teaching schedule.
15. All round revision after the course coverage is
undertaken in planned manner.
16. Revision with a number of preparatory and CET mock
tests are conducted well before the board
and competitive exams.
17. Mock CET is conducted for a month immediately after
the board exam.

18. Much care has been taken in designing the study
Programme / study materials and these are updated
from time to time by the curriculum updating committee.
19. The progress reports are regularly sent to parents by
post to keep them abreast of their wards' performance.
20. Frequent parent-teacher meetings are carried out for
effective feedback.
21. Special care is given to students who may not be strong
in their academic performance.
22. The faculty conducts doubt – clearing sessions. In
these sessions any doubt of a student will be cleared.
23. Our courses enable the students to build core concepts,
achieve accuracy, speed and develop confidence. The
students are motivated to learn and perform to their
optimum levels.
