abuse or mistreatment by<br />
police and other law<br />
enforcers but they don‟t<br />
have enough fund or<br />
adequate number <strong>of</strong><br />
resources to be distributed<br />
from National to grass root<br />
level<br />
The process <strong>of</strong> handl<strong>in</strong>g<br />
dispute <strong>in</strong> <strong>Tanzania</strong> is very<br />
lengthy and tedious which<br />
ultimately leads towards<br />
violation <strong>of</strong> children rights<br />
