At Wintec all students here have
the opportunity to participate in

support and information for
students with an impairment,
including mobility parking
permits, assistive software,
support staff, reader/writer for
exams, advocacy with funding
agencies and much more.

CHILDCARE
Wondering how to juggle
study and family? Our childcare
centre, Kidz@Wintec is located
at the City Campus and provides
care and education for children
up to five years. Early booking is
essential. Phone 07 834 8812.
HEALTH SERVICES AND
COUNSELLING
Need a doctor? We have a
Health Centre at our City and
Rotokauri campuses with
registered nurses, doctors,
counsellors and chaplains to help
with any health issues, including
specialist health checks and
free, confidential counselling.
INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
At Wintec, our dedicated
International Centre provides
all the help and support
international students need to
settle into their new learning
environment and the wider
community. From helping find
somewhere to live to providing
pastoral care and advice, when
you study at Wintec you’re not
just another student at a tertiary
institution … you’re part of a lively
community where you learn with
each other and about each other.
