ADMISSION
Your StocExpo 2015 visitor badge gives you access to all
three days of the exhibition. You will need to book your
place at the StocExpo Conference to gain entry.
Canvassing for orders is strictly prohibited and any
persons found doing so may be ejected from the venue.
The distribution or display of printed materials other
than by the exhibitors on their own stands, or by the
show media partners on dedicated media areas, is not
permitted under any circumstances. If you are interested
in promoting your brand at StocExpo 2015 please visit
the StocExpo Lounge and speak to a member of the
team.
CLOAKROOM
There is a cloakroom in the main atrium of the Ahoy.
There is a charge of €2 per item.
CONFERENCE
Directions to the StocExpo Conference can be located
at the registration/entrance area. Please refer to the
enclosed floorplan on page 6 and conference timetable
on pages 4 and 5 for more information. You must sign
up in order to attend the StocExpo Conference. To book
your place at the conference or to find out more visit the

DELEGATE LOUNGE
The Delegate Lounge can only be accessed by those
who have booked to attend the conference. The lounge
can be located on the show floor.
FIRST AID
Please report any incidents to the Organiser’s Office,
located at the back left of the show floor.
FOOD AND REFRESHMENT
There are restaurants and cafes located around the Ahoy
venue and on the show floor.
ORGANISER’S OFFICE
If you wish to speak to the organisers of StocExpo,
Easyfairs, please go to the Organisers Office,
located at the back left of the show floor.
PARKING
Parking in the Ahoy car park costs €12.50 per car.
The tariff for touring cars is €45.00. Depending on
the type of event and number of visitors attending,
you pay upon arrival. Other parking options are the
underground garage Zuidplein, opposite to Ahoy
or P+R Slinge and Capelsebrug. Find out more

PRESS
Please visit the StocExpo Lounge on the show
floor and ask to speak to a member of our PR or
marketing team.
SHOW PHOTOGRAPHY
Please be aware that we will have official
photographers at the event and you may be
photographed. By visiting the event you are giving
permission for these pictures to be used in future
promotional material.
SPEAKERS’ CORNER
Hear from leading industry companies showcasing
their products and knowledge at this free to attend
seminar programme. The Speakers’ Corner feature
can be found at the back end of the show floor.

TOILETS
Toilets can be located at registration and at the rear
of the show floor near the Organiser’s Office.
TRAVEL
At Rotterdam Central Station, take the subway
direction Spijkenisse, direction De Akkers or
direction Slinge. Get off at the stop Zuidplein. From
here, it will take you approximately 5 minutes to
walk to Ahoy.
WI-FI
Access free Wi-Fi while you are
at the show. Wi-Fi is sponsored
by Kanon Loading Equipment.
VIP LOUNGE
The VIP Lounge can only be accessed by those
wearing an official VIP visitor badge. The lounge
can be located on the show floor.
INDEMNITY
The organisers accept no responsibility for the

or omissions that may have occurred. All seminar and
exhibitor information is correct at time of going to press,
but all are subject to change.
NETWORKING DRINKS
The Networking Lounge is ideal for catching up with
colleagues and meeting new potential clients and
partners. Networking is a vital part of StocExpo and we
hope you can join us on Tuesday 17th March for the
show networking drinks.
