These are the recipe and information resources that I recommend.
For Those Wanting to Eat More Raw
Igor and Valya Boutenko: Eating without Heating
This book contains easy, great recipes.
Victoria Boutenko: I recommend any of her books
Jennifer Cornbleet: Raw Food Made Easy for 1 or 2 People
Gabriel Cousins: Rainbow Green Live-Food Cuisine
Jordan Maerin: Raw Foods for Busy People
This book contains easy, machine-free recipes.
Brigitte Mars: Rawsome!
This book gives lots of good info in addition to recipes.
Kenney and Melngailis: Raw Food Real World
This book contains gourmet recipes—some labor intensive, some pretty easy. The authors are
gorgeous—the perfect examples of what raw cuisine does for beauty.
Renee Underkoffler: Living Cuisine
There is one caveat about this book: the recipes are delicious and gourmet, but time consuming.
